Deck Layout and Cargo Handling

Flexible Working Deck
The open or semi-open deck supports the transfer of maintenance personnel, spare parts, tools and marine supplies between shore facilities, mother ships and offshore structures. The layout can accommodate cargo skids, tool containers and selected mission equipment.
Structural Support and Cargo Securing
Reinforced deck areas and gunwales support designated cargo and maintenance loads. Welded bollards and fairleads facilitate mooring alongside vessels, quays and offshore structures. Adjustable lashing points can be incorporated to secure equipment and cargo during transit.

Hull Design and Operating Performance

Marine Aluminum Hull
The hull is fabricated from 5083-H116 aluminum-magnesium alloy, selected for its marine corrosion resistance, structural performance and relatively low weight. This construction helps reduce hull maintenance requirements and supports efficient vessel operation.
Deep-V Hull Form
The deep-V hull is designed to balance high-speed performance, directional control and seakeeping in coastal and nearshore waters. Its hull geometry supports operations in harbor approaches, coastal service routes and suitable offshore support areas.
Watertight and Bilge Systems
Watertight compartmentation and automatic bilge pumps help manage water ingress and support onboard safety.

Onboard Systems and Optional Equipment

The vessel can be supplied with a standard operating package and additional equipment selected for the intended mission.

Standard Configuration
Enclosed wheelhouse fitted with helm, steering and engine controls; watertight compartments and automatic bilge pumps; navigation lights, marine VHF radio and searchlight; standard lifesaving appliances and fire protection equipment.
Optional Equipment
Hydraulic telescopic crane (safe working load (SWL) and outreach to be specified during design), high-pressure deck washing system, diving support station and air supply, extra radar, AIS, chart plotter and CCTV systems, onboard generator and power outlets for maintenance tools, plus additional navigation, communication and mission-monitoring equipment.

Applications and Mission Profiles

Port and Harbor Maintenance
The vessel transports repair crews, inspection equipment and spare parts between terminals, quays and harbor facilities. Its working deck supports routine maintenance logistics and short-distance service operations.
Offshore Wind Farm Operations and Maintenance
The vessel can transport technicians, hand tools and consumables to suitable offshore wind installations.
Offshore Industrial Support
The vessel can deliver lightweight equipment, maintenance tools and supplies to fixed offshore facilities.
Shipyard and Marine Engineering
The working deck accommodates welding supplies, small machinery, repair tools and other service equipment for shipyard maintenance and marine engineering projects. Lashing points help secure loose equipment during transit.
Coastal Survey and Inspection
The vessel can be equipped to carry survey personnel, sonar systems and underwater inspection equipment. Dedicated mounting brackets, cable routing and electrical connections can be incorporated for approved survey instruments.
Backup Personnel and Supply Transfer
The vessel can support secondary personnel and supply transfer duties. Additional lifesaving, communication and emergency-response equipment can be integrated to meet the applicable operational and certification requirements.

Customization

Hull and Deck Configuration
Available modifications include open or semi-open deck arrangements, bulkhead positioning, storage areas, seating layouts and equipment foundations. Deck structure and cargo-securing arrangements are designed for the intended loading conditions.
Propulsion and Machinery
Engine selection, propulsion type, exhaust routing, fuel capacity and maintenance access can be specified for the vessel's working profile. Additional generators and hydraulic systems can be incorporated when required.
Navigation and Mission Equipment
The vessel can accommodate upgraded navigation and communication systems, CCTV, survey sensors, crane systems, diving equipment and workshop power supplies.
Interior and Appearance
Wheelhouse arrangements, seating, storage, freshwater and sanitary systems can be customized. Exterior paint schemes, company branding and vessel markings are also available.

Quality Control and Testing

Material and Welding Inspection
Incoming aluminum materials are checked against the specified grades and supporting certificates. Heat-batch identification is maintained through production to support material traceability.
Welds undergo visual inspection, with non-destructive testing (NDT) performed where required by the approved inspection and survey scope. Applicable welding procedures and acceptance criteria are followed during construction.
Onshore System Testing
Pre-delivery checks cover watertight integrity, bilge pump operation, electrical functions, alarms and installed safety equipment. Machinery and onboard systems are checked before the vessel proceeds to sea trials.
Sea Trials
Sea trials verify the vessel's operating performance under the agreed configuration and loading condition. Test items can include speed, maneuverability, fuel consumption, alarms and safety system functions.

Documentation and Certification

The standard technical handover package can include the vessel specification, GA drawing, material certificates, welding inspection records, sea trial report and equipment datasheets.
Additional engineering documents and certification services can be arranged for the intended flag state, operating area or classification requirements. CCS, Bureau Veritas (BV) and ABS classification services, as well as applicable CE-related requirements, can be assessed for individual projects.

Delivery, Warranty and Procurement

Production Lead Time
The reference production period is approximately 4–6 months after drawing approval, deposit receipt and confirmation of long-lead equipment.

Order Quantity and Commercial Terms
Single-vessel orders are accepted. International delivery options include deck-cargo shipment, barge transport and sectional shipment where technically suitable.
