Our goal is to deliver boats that meet project requirements and provide customers with clear quality records and relevant documentation.

Our Quality Control Process

Material Inspection
We check aluminum material grades, thickness, dimensions, and relevant material certificates against project specifications to ensure materials meet the agreed requirements before use.

Dimensional and Assembly Inspection
We check component dimensions, formed parts, hull alignment, and assembly fit against approved drawings to ensure the vessel structure meets the specified design requirements.

Welding Inspection
We inspect welded joints for visible defects and workmanship according to applicable requirements. Additional weld testing can be arranged based on project specifications and relevant standards.

Equipment Installation Inspection
We check engines, electrical systems, navigation equipment, and other onboard components against the approved equipment list and vessel configuration. Required operational checks are carried out according to project requirements.

Final Inspection Before Delivery
We inspect the completed vessel against the agreed specifications, including its configuration, workmanship, and installed equipment. Required test results and delivery documents are reviewed before handover.

Quality Records and Documentation

We provide material certificates, approved drawings, inspection records, equipment lists, factory test reports, and final delivery documents according to vessel specifications and project requirements.

CE Compliance and Export Requirements

For vessels intended for European markets, CE compliance requirements are determined by the applicable regulations and vessel category. We can review the relevant requirements based on the vessel specifications, intended use, and destination market.
Customers are encouraged to share their target market and required standards at the inquiry stage so that compliance arrangements and supporting documents can be clarified before production.
