Target Operators & Key Mission Fit

Coast Guard / Maritime Police This aluminium fast patrol craft supports high-speed interception and continuous coastal patrol.
Port Authorities The vessel carries out harbour security, vessel boarding inspection and incident response tasks.
Government Contractors Such craft can be supplied as turnkey tender builds with specified survey and documentation packages.
Patrol Vessel Distributors This standard patrol platform is offered, ready for local electronics and certification fit-out.

Patrol Endurance & Mission Planning

With an economical cruising range of 280–330 nautical miles, the craft is suited to extended patrols and routine coastal operations.
For project-specific requirements, we can assess the proposed patrol route, time on station, payload and required fuel reserve to estimate fuel consumption and operating range before quotation. This helps ensure the vessel is configured to meet the demands of its intended mission.

Hull Material & Seakeeping

The main hull structure is built from 5083-H116 marine-grade aluminium alloy, selected for its strength, corrosion resistance and suitability for demanding marine environments. Material mill certificates are provided, and critical welds undergo non-destructive testing (NDT), with inspection records maintained for quality assurance.
With a shallow design draft of approximately 0.5 m, the craft can access estuaries, shallow bays and restricted nearshore waters. The enclosed wheelhouse and carefully designed freeboard help keep spray out and improve crew comfort underway.

Deck, Wheelhouse & Mission Integration

The fore and aft decks provide ample working space, with designated mounting areas reserved for rescue equipment, surveillance systems and operational stores. A side boarding door is integrated into the safety railing to facilitate inspection and personnel or equipment transfer. The wheelhouse roof is reinforced to accommodate radar, PTZ cameras, communication equipment and navigation lights.
All mission equipment is optional and can be fitted according to operational requirements. Its weight, power consumption, installation arrangements and EMC compatibility will be assessed and confirmed at the design freeze stage.

Propulsion & Marine Electronics

Standard: Twin Mercury 350 HP outboards. Radar, AIS, radio, CCTV and other electronics are optional; full equipment schedule, power distribution and wiring drawings are issued at design confirmation.

Safety Layout & Crew Protection

Standard scope: full perimeter 316 stainless steel safety railings, non-slip deck treatment, dedicated boarding access and enclosed wheelhouse. We can add custom safety upgrades (seating restraint, handrail modification, emergency lighting) to meet your local maritime or tender requirements.
