The 19.2 m × 6.1 m Luxury Houseboat accommodates up to 8 overnight guests in 4 bedrooms.
Powered by twin MerCruiser 250 hp engines, it features multiple lounge areas, a kitchen, refrigeration, dishwashers, laundry equipment, solar panels and a backup diesel generator. It is ideal for luxury resorts, premium rentals and private charters.
Leisure Houseboat
Measuring 13.72 m × 5.5 m, the Leisure Houseboat features 2 bedrooms and a MerCruiser 3.0L 135 hp engine.
Its open-plan lounge and dining area, kitchen, refrigerator and rear deck make it a practical choice for lakeside resorts, leisure rental fleets and private waterfront projects. Solar power is available as an optional configuration.
Solar-Powered Houseboat
The 15.24 m × 6.1 m Solar-Powered Houseboat offers 6 sleeping berths and 2 bathrooms.
Its configuration includes a steel multi-pontoon hull, MerCruiser V6 engine, bow thruster, solar panels, battery storage and a backup generator. Solar and battery capacity can be specified according to your project’s power requirements, operating hours and charging options.
Mobile Houseboat
The 12 m × 4.5 m Mobile Houseboat is built from 5083-H116 aluminum-magnesium alloy, with a displacement of 17 tonnes and a cruising speed of 7–9 knots.
It accommodates up to 4 people and can be equipped with solar energy storage, freshwater and sewage tanks.
Jinda houseboats are designed for a range of commercial applications, including lakeside resorts, vacation rentals, floating accommodation and waterfront leisure projects.
Depending on the model, layouts can include multiple bedrooms, private bathrooms, open-plan living and dining areas, kitchens and outdoor decks to suit different guest capacities and rental needs.
Onboard configurations can be tailored to project requirements, with options such as air conditioning, refrigeration, freshwater and sewage tanks, solar panels, battery storage and backup generators, subject to model compatibility.
Manufacturing Capability
Longkou Jinda Shipping Co., Ltd. is based in Longkou, Shandong, China. The company’s shipbuilding experience includes large fishing vessels, aluminum workboats, official vessels, yachts and smaller craft. Its 46,000 m² facility includes 20,000 m² of shipbuilding workshops, supported by more than 180 employees and an 8-person design team.
Production resources include German IPG laser cutting, Hypertherm plasma cutting, CNC bending and machining equipment, plate-processing systems, and KEMPPI and Fronius welding equipment. These resources support metal fabrication, hull construction and project-specific production planning.
Depending on the selected model and project scope, customization may cover hull materials, interior layouts, propulsion, onboard equipment and selected utility systems.
Quality Control & Technical Compliance
Jinda controls quality throughout houseboat construction, including hull fabrication, welding, structural assembly, and the installation of engines, electrical systems, plumbing, and onboard equipment. Qualified welding personnel and CNC fabrication equipment help ensure accurate manufacturing and consistent workmanship.
Before delivery, vessels undergo checks of hull integrity, weld quality, equipment installation, and system operation. Technical handover documents can include vessel drawings, specifications, equipment lists, inspection records, test results, and warranty documents.
Jinda holds ISO 9001 and relevant shipbuilding qualifications. Where required, third-party inspection, classification, and applicable market-specific certification can be arranged according to the vessel design and destination regulations.
Warranty
Jinda’s general warranty covers aluminum hulls for 2 years, mechanical moving parts and electrical systems for 1 year, and accessories for 6 months. Engines and purchased equipment are generally covered by their original manufacturers’ warranty. The Mobile Houseboat listing specifies a 3-year structural warranty for designated aluminum-welded structures and 1 year for accessories.
