Located in Longkou, Shandong Province, China, we provide vessel solutions for commercial fishing, marine operations, law enforcement, passenger transportation, and recreational boating.
Our Factory: Built for Aluminum Boat Manufacturing
Jinda Ship operates a 46,000 ㎡ shipyard, including 20,000 ㎡ of dedicated aluminum boat and yacht workshops, supporting production from material processing and hull fabrication to welding, assembly, and final outfitting.
With a team of 180+ employees across engineering, fabrication, welding, and assembly, we coordinate key manufacturing stages in-house to support customized boat configurations, wholesale orders, and commercial fleet projects.
Technical Design for Different Vessel Applications
Our professional design team consists of eight members and supports vessel development and customized manufacturing projects.
We work with customers to understand the intended application, operating environment, vessel dimensions, onboard layout, equipment requirements, and other project considerations before production.
Our design and development work supports a range of aluminum vessels, including fishing boats, workboats, patrol boats, landing craft, catamarans, and recreational vessels.
Depending on project requirements, customization can cover vessel dimensions and layout, deck and cabin configurations, equipment installation, propulsion and power systems, as well as interior arrangements and onboard facilities.
Jinda Ship operates more than 30 sets of specialized production equipment for aluminum vessel manufacturing.

Laser cutting: Two imported German IPG laser cutting machines for precision material processing.
Plasma cutting: A Hypertherm plasma cutting machine for metal fabrication.
CNC machining and forming
CNC bending machines, 3D CNC drilling equipment, CNC milling machines, and other specialized processing machinery.
Aluminum welding
20 KEMPPI aluminum welding machines from Finland and 10 Fronius aluminum welding machines from Austria.
Additional fabrication equipment
Plate rolling machines, hydraulic leveling equipment, punching machines, grinding equipment, laser welding equipment, and dust collection systems.
These resources support key manufacturing stages, from material preparation and component forming to hull fabrication and assembly.
Skilled Personnel for Aluminum Shipbuilding
Our manufacturing team includes specialized personnel with experience in aluminum vessel fabrication and related production processes.
Our workforce includes CE-certified international welding engineers, CCS-certified welders, more than 50 professional welders, 15 sheet metal specialists, 20 riveters, and an 8-member design team, bringing together expertise in vessel design, aluminum fabrication, and shipbuilding.
Quality Management & Certifications
Jinda Ship holds ISO 9001 certification and provides vessel-related certifications and compliance documentation according to model specifications and project requirements, including applicable CE documentation and classification-related approvals from CCS, ZC, ZY, BV, and ABS.
Quality Control During Production
We verify material certificates and aluminum plate specifications, check cutting and forming accuracy, inspect hull assembly and weld quality, and test pontoon compartments for air leaks. Before delivery, we verify hull dimensions, inspect equipment installation, test electrical and bilge systems, and check the vessel's overall condition and export packing. Factory test reports, material certificates, inspection records, and inspection photos and videos are available according to the vessel configuration.
