Quality Inspection & Testing
Hull & Welding Inspection
Quality inspections cover key hull dimensions, weld condition, structural details and coating condition. Visual weld inspection and penetration testing records are available for review, providing documentation of the inspection work carried out during construction.
Mechanical & Electrical Testing
Before delivery, the factory checks key vessel dimensions and carries out on-land testing of mechanical and electrical systems to verify their installation and operation.
Pre-Delivery Water Trial
The yacht undergoes a water trial covering speed, fuel consumption, maneuverability and hull tightness. Buyers or their appointed surveyors may attend the factory inspection and sea trial, with surveyor-related expenses paid by the buyer.
OEM, Private Label & Custom Design
Private Label & Exterior Branding
Single-vessel orders are accepted for private-label projects. Jinda can apply the buyer's logo to the hull and provide a custom nameplate without additional engineering fees when the project involves exterior branding only.
Production typically takes 60–75 working days after the deposit is received and the drawings are confirmed.
Cabin & Deck Layout Customization
Buyers can request changes to the cabin arrangement, deck layout and interior configuration. The minimum order quantity is one vessel, with a one-time engineering fee for layout revisions and no mold charge.
Jinda prepares revised drawings for buyer approval before production. Changes affecting the hull structure require a separate engineering assessment and quotation.
Full OEM & New Hull Design
Projects involving a completely new hull design require naval architecture drawings, design work and applicable tooling. The minimum order quantity is three vessels, with a typical production lead time of 90–120 working days.
Commercial Purchase Terms
Minimum Order & Production Lead Time
The minimum order quantity is one vessel for standard models and private-label projects. Standard production typically takes 60–75 working days after receipt of the 30% deposit and approval of the technical drawings. New hull design projects generally require 90–120 working days.
