Fishing Layout & Onboard Facilities

Stern Fishing Cockpit
The aft fishing cockpit is arranged to provide practical working space for recreational and charter fishing. The standard setup includes mounting bases for eight rod holders, with additional positions available as an upgrade. Stainless steel railings surround the cockpit, and the onboard seawater washdown system makes it easier to clean fishing equipment and the deck after use.
Two insulated fish holds provide a combined storage volume of 2.8 m³. A separate 0.8 m³ live bait tank is fitted with a water circulation system to support bait storage during fishing trips.
Enclosed Wheelhouse & Cabin
The enclosed wheelhouse features panoramic dark-tinted windows for all-round visibility. Below, the cabin includes resting berths and an independent marine toilet in the standard configuration, providing basic onboard facilities for day trips and charter operations.
A fixed hard canopy covers the aft fishing cockpit, offering shade and protection from rain while leaving the fishing area open for use.
Helm & Electronics Preparation
The helm area includes reserved mounting positions for marine electronics such as radar, GPS chart plotters, fish finders, sonar, depth sounders and VHF radios. Electrical wiring harnesses are routed during hull construction to simplify subsequent equipment installation.

Hull Construction & Welding

Aluminum Plate Fabrication
Hull plates are processed using CNC plasma and laser cutting equipment before being fitted and assembled into the vessel structure. Cabin modules are prefabricated on jigs, helping maintain component alignment and positioning during assembly.
Structural Welding
The hull uses TIG/MIG aluminum welding processes, with welding work carried out by qualified welders. Welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder qualification records (WPQ) can be provided for technical review.
Equipment & Pipework Installation
Electrical cables and piping are routed during the build process, with installation planned before enclosed hull and cabin sections are completed. Fuel, fresh water and seawater pipelines undergo pressure testing as part of the installation process.

Quality Inspection & Sea Trials

Hull & Installation Checks
Inspection covers hull construction, structural workmanship and the installation of onboard systems. Dockside checks include hull tightness testing, while mechanical and electrical systems are checked before delivery.
Engine & System Testing
The completed vessel undergoes engine load testing and functional checks of onboard equipment. Fuel, fresh water and seawater systems are also checked as part of the pre-delivery inspection.
Water Trial & Production Records
Each completed boat undergoes a sea trial to assess speed, handling, stability and the operation of onboard systems. Sea trial reports can be provided upon request, along with step-by-step production photos documenting plate cutting, welding, outfitting and testing.
Buyers may arrange a factory inspection or attend the sea trial as part of their order acceptance process.

Standard Equipment & Upgrade Options
