Propulsion System
Two mature propulsion packages are available.
Twin-Screw Propulsion: Preferred for routine harbour towing and barge transfer projects.
Azimuthing Drive: Selected where 360° vector thrust, frequent sideways movement and high precision positioning inside compact basins are required.
Customization Workflow
We collect your project information, including operating waters, mission type, target bollard pull, draft limit and certification requirements.
We then carry out engineering configuration review to confirm loading conditions, propulsion selection and deck arrangement.
We finalize the quotation, clarifying supply scope, exclusions, payment terms and delivery schedule.
GA, structural and electrical drawings will be signed off before fabrication starts.
Fabrication proceeds with staged inspections and in-shop functional tests.
Sea trials and performance acceptance are completed, together with handover of full technical documents.
We arrange export packing, shipment and after-sales handover.
Quality Control, Inspection & Document Delivery
We carry out phased inspection through the full fabrication sequence. QC records can be supplemented with third-party classification survey under contract.
Material Verification (Pre-production)
- Verify aluminum plate grade against 5083-H116 material specification
- Collect mill test certificates and establish full material traceability
- Validate welding consumables and approved WPS (Welding Procedure Specification)
Fabrication Stage Inspection
- Dimensional inspection after cutting, forming and hull segment assembly
- Welding surveillance and welder qualification checks
- Hull assembly, structural alignment and tightness testing
Equipment Installation Inspection
- Inspection of mechanical, piping and electrical installation
- Shafting / thruster alignment verification
- Pre-commissioning functional test of all machinery and navigation systems
Testing & Acceptance
- Mooring test and onshore functional commissioning
- Sea trial programme: speed trial, manoeuvring trial and bollard pull trial (where contracted)
- Rectification of all non-conformities prior to final acceptance
Document Handover (Standard Deliverables)
- Factory quality records: Material certificates, WPS & welder qualifications, stage inspection reports, sea trial records
- Drawing package: General arrangement, hull structure, piping and electrical schematics
