Open Deck Fishing Boat
The 7.5 m aluminum open deck fishing boat features a 2.5 m beam and capacity for 6 persons. Powered by an outboard engine, it is suitable for coastal fishing, short fishing trips and other nearshore activities.

Offshore Sport Fishing Boat
The 14.8 m aluminum offshore sport fishing boat has a 3.26 m beam and a stated capacity of 12 persons. It is suitable for sport fishing, fishing charters and offshore leisure trips, subject to the approved design and operating limits.

Aluminum Shipbuilding Facilities
Founded in 1999, Longkou Jinda Shipping Co., Ltd. is located in Longkou, Shandong Province, China, and is a subsidiary of Shundao Group. The company adopted the Jinda Ship name in 2020.
Our facilities cover approximately 46,000 m², including 20,000 m² dedicated to aluminum shipbuilding and yacht production. With more than 180 employees and an 8-member design team, we support aluminum vessel design, fabrication, welding and assembly.

Production Equipment
Our reported equipment includes German IPG laser cutting machines, Hypertherm plasma cutting equipment, CNC bending and drilling machines, milling and grinding equipment, automatic plate-rolling and hydraulic leveling equipment, and aluminum welding machines from KEMPPI and Fronius.
These resources support aluminum plate processing, hull fabrication, welding and equipment installation according to approved drawings and production requirements.

Vessel Construction Experience
With experience building 17 large American-style 1,800 GT tuna trawlers with aluminum superstructures, two 19 m aluminum twin-hull workboats, five law-enforcement and official vessels, and over 300 yachts and small vessels, Jinda Ship can apply its experience across different vessel types to support your project with practical design solutions and tailored manufacturing capabilities.

Quality Control and Inspection

Inspection requirements are established according to the approved drawings, technical specifications, contract and applicable survey requirements.

The agreed inspection scope may include:
Material verification: Checking aluminum grades and dimensions against approved specifications.
Fabrication and welding inspection: Reviewing cutting dimensions, assembly accuracy and welding quality, with non-destructive testing where required.
Hull tightness testing: Conducting specified watertightness or compartment tests.
Equipment testing: Checking propulsion, electrical and other onboard systems within the agreed scope.
Final inspection: Completing specified system tests, sea trials and third-party surveys where applicable.

Available material certificates, inspection records, equipment manuals and vessel certificates can be included in the delivery package according to the contract. Any additional testing or third-party inspection requirements should be agreed in advance.
