Description

This Unmanned Surface Vessel (USV) platform is engineered for professional water security, routine inspection and environmental monitoring missions.

Built with lightweight 5083-H116 aluminum-magnesium alloy, it supports remote control and pre-planned waypoint navigation.

No crew is required during unmanned operation, lowering personnel exposure risks for harbour patrol, coastal surveillance, inland water inspection and other unmanned surface missions.

Patrol Missions & Application Scenarios

Port Security: Harbour boundary patrol, restricted water monitoring, abnormal target detection, illegal entry and floating debris identification
Coastal Surveillance: Pre-set nearshore route patrol, shoreline visual inspection, illegal reclamation and structure evidence collection
Inland Water Inspection: Regular survey of rivers, reservoirs, lakes and navigation channels; levee and water level inspection
Critical Infrastructure Monitoring: Patrol around offshore wind turbines, bridges, subsea pipelines and water intakes
Environmental Monitoring: Equipped with water quality sensors for real-time sampling and transmission of COD, ammonia nitrogen, turbidity and other data
Emergency Reconnaissance: Visual assessment for oil spills and incident sites without sending personnel into high-risk waters

Autonomous Navigation & Remote Control

The base system includes manual remote control, pre-set waypoint route planning, geofence and hover protection on signal loss. Advanced obstacle avoidance and return-to-home (RTH) are optional add-on modules.

Available Functions:

  • Manual remote steering and stepless speed adjustment
  • Waypoint mission planning, auto route tracking, station keeping
  • Geofence boundary alarm
  • One-click emergency stop
  • Failsafe on signal loss: Hover in place (standard); Return-to-Home (RTH, optional upgrade)
  • Real-time GNSS position, speed, battery voltage and vessel status telemetry

Surveillance System & Payload Integration

Standardised mounting bases, isolated power supply channels and universal RS485 / Ethernet interfaces are reserved on deck. Centre-of-gravity calculation is completed before delivery with a maximum rated payload of 60 kg.

Common Optional Payloads:

  • HD daylight surveillance camera (1080P, 30× optical zoom)
  • Uncooled thermal imaging camera
  • Marine AIS transceiver
  • X-band compact marine radar
  • 5-parameter water quality sensor (turbidity, pH, DO, COD, ammonia nitrogen)
  • LED high-power searchlight
  • LiDAR obstacle avoidance unit
  • Side-scan sonar (custom project only)

We complete payload wiring, power distribution, communication alignment and full joint inspection before handover.

Communication System & Shore Control Station

Standard LOS Digital Radio: Stable 5km range for control commands, position data and low-rate images. No data subscription fee; ideal for enclosed harbours, reservoirs and inland rivers
Optional 4G / 5G Transmission Terminal: Non-line-of-sight coverage, supports HD video stream and real-time sensor data upload via cellular network

Project configurable items:
Redundant communication backup (radio + 4G dual link, optional)
Independent shore control station (industrial all-in-one PC, joystick, display, control software)
API integration with your existing smart water conservancy or port security platform (custom development)
