Convenient Onboard Amenities
The standard fit-out includes a wet bar, freshwater tap, private toilet enclosure, 12V USB charging ports and a stereo system. Underwater LED lighting adds visibility and atmosphere during evening use, while the removable sunshade provides flexible protection from direct sunlight.
Flooring Options
Beige waterproof carpet comes standard. Buyers can choose vinyl anti-slip flooring as an alternative for easier cleaning and everyday use in rental or resort environments.

Hull Construction & Materials

5083-H116 Marine-Grade Aluminum
The pontoon is built using 5083-H116 aluminum-magnesium alloy, selected for its strength-to-weight characteristics and suitability for marine applications. The standard pontoon tube and deck plate thickness is 4 mm.
Each pontoon uses independent sealed chambers. Buyers can also select closed-cell foam filling as an additional buoyancy feature, particularly for rental fleets and resort operations.
Surface Protection for Different Operating Environments
The standard finish is intended for freshwater use and sheltered bays with low salinity. For regular saltwater operation, optional upgrades include thicker aluminum plate, marine anti-corrosion coating and sacrificial anodes.

Quality Inspection & Technical Documentation

Hull and Compartment Inspection
Each boat undergoes pontoon compartment air-tightness pressure testing before delivery. Welds are also subject to spot non-destructive testing as part of the inspection process.
Stability and Electrical Checks
The production inspection process includes a stability test with a full load of 12 passengers and commissioning of the onboard electrical system. These checks form part of the vessel's pre-delivery inspection.
Documents Supplied with the Boat
The standard documentation package includes an aluminum material test report (MTR), welding inspection records, a stability calculation report, a CE recreational craft certificate, an operation manual and certificates for outsourced outfitting components.

Three-Tier OEM & Customization Program

Tier 1: Standard Options
Buyers can change upholstery colors and flooring types, add or remove selected amenities such as the wet bar, toilet and lighting sets, and apply logos to the hull or cushions. Customer-supplied vector artwork is required for logo production.
Tier 2: Deck Layout Customization
Seating positions can be rearranged, fishing platforms added, and storage cabinets repositioned. These changes focus on the deck layout while keeping the existing pontoon hull structure unchanged.
Tier 1 and Tier 2 customization plans can be confirmed within three working days.
Tier 3: Hull Structural Modifications
Structural customization can include changes to pontoon tube diameter, overall length, beam or compartment layout. These projects require review by the marine engineering team and signed drawing approval before manufacturing.

Standard Equipment & Optional Upgrades

Standard Configuration
The standard boat includes the triple-tube aluminum pontoon structure, standard deck and flooring, family seating with under-seat storage, a wet bar, freshwater tap, private toilet enclosure, 12V USB charging ports, stereo system, underwater LED lighting and a removable sunshade.
The standard package also includes the 90 L freshwater tank and the beige waterproof carpet finish.
Optional Equipment
Buyers can customize the boat with vinyl anti-slip flooring, alternative seating and upholstery, additional or upgraded amenities, and other deck-layout options. Outboard engines, trailers, life jackets, anchors and additional outfitting equipment can also be quoted separately.
For saltwater use, optional hull protection upgrades include thicker plate, marine anti-corrosion coating and sacrificial anodes. Closed-cell foam filling is available for buyers seeking additional reserve buoyancy.
