Jinda Ship manufactures custom aluminum Mobile Houseboats for resort developers, eco-tourism operators, waterfront hospitality businesses, and commercial vessel distributors.
Built with 5083-H116 marine-grade aluminum-magnesium alloy, this 12m mobile houseboat platform supports floating accommodation, waterfront dining, leisure facilities, and other commercial floating projects.
Two supply options are available: a bare aluminum hull for projects with their own outfitting teams, and a fully outfitted accommodation unit with integrated interior facilities. We offer customized cabin layouts, sanitary systems, electrical installations, solar power, water storage, and propulsion options to support different project concepts.

Commercial Applications
Floating Accommodation for Resorts
The 12m houseboat can serve as a floating guest unit for resorts, lakeside hotels, and waterfront tourism developments. Cabin layouts, sleeping areas, sanitary facilities, and interior finishes can be customized to match the planned accommodation concept.
Eco-Tourism and Off-Grid Lodging
For remote tourism sites and nature-based accommodation projects, we offer integrated solar power, battery storage, freshwater supply, and wastewater holding systems. These options help reduce reliance on shore-based utilities and support sites with limited infrastructure.
Waterfront Cafés and Floating Dining
The platform can be configured for light catering, beverage service, and waterfront hospitality. Galley layouts, refrigeration, water supply, electrical capacity, and customer circulation areas can be incorporated into the design.
Private Leisure and Floating Homes
Customized cabins, lounge areas, sanitary facilities, and outdoor decks are available for leisure-oriented floating homes.
Interior Layout and Space Planning
Cabin and Sleeping Areas
We develop cabin arrangements that make efficient use of the available interior space. Sleeping berths, storage, access routes, and furniture placement are coordinated with the hull dimensions and overall layout.
Bathroom and Sanitary Facilities
Sanitary options include shower facilities, water supply piping, greywater storage, blackwater holding tanks, and associated pumps.
Galley and Lounge Areas
The galley can include a countertop, sink, refrigerator, and storage cabinetry for light meal preparation. Lounge seating, dining areas, and additional storage can be incorporated for hospitality or residential use.
Outdoor Deck
The exterior deck can accommodate safety railings, awnings, leisure seating, and other outdoor amenities. Equipment positions and access routes are coordinated with the overall deck arrangement.
Off-Grid Power, Water and Climate Systems
We offer integrated utility packages for houseboats operating at remote sites, floating resorts, and locations with limited shore connections.
Solar Power and Energy Storage
Roof-mounted photovoltaic panels can be paired with a marine lithium battery bank and pure sine wave inverter.
Freshwater Supply
The freshwater system can include a storage tank, pressurized supply pump, and plumbing for sinks, showers, and other onboard facilities. Tank capacity is configured for the planned occupancy and available refill infrastructure.
Wastewater Management
Greywater and blackwater holding tanks are available with compatible piping and pump arrangements. Optional onboard treatment equipment can be incorporated for projects requiring additional wastewater management facilities.
Air Conditioning and Ventilation
Marine air conditioning and ventilation options support interior comfort in different climates.
Domestic Appliances and Shore Connections
Available appliances include marine refrigerators, LED lighting, and galley equipment. Optional shore power and shore water connections provide additional flexibility at equipped marinas and waterfront facilities.
Integrated System Design
Our team coordinates solar generation, battery storage, electrical distribution, water supply, wastewater storage, and climate control as part of the overall vessel configuration.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Aluminum Hull Fabrication
Jinda Ship manufactures aluminum vessel hulls using marine-grade plate, welded structural assemblies, and integrated compartment arrangements. Our production capabilities support the construction of bare hulls and customized floating accommodation platforms.
Welding and Structural Assembly
Aluminum welding is carried out using qualified welding procedures. Hull fabrication includes plate assembly, compartment construction, deck integration, and installation of structural components such as lifting lugs and equipment mounting points.
Customized Outfitting
Our manufacturing scope can include interior partitions, sanitary piping, electrical installations, equipment foundations, and other accommodation-related structures. This flexibility supports projects ranging from basic hull supply to customized floating guest units.
OEM and ODM Production
We support private-label production, customized exterior finishes, branded vessel appearance, standardized interior layouts, and coordinated equipment packages. These capabilities serve resort developers, project contractors, marine distributors, and fleet operators.
Quality Control and Factory Inspection
Material Verification
Material mill test certificates are available for the specified 5083-H116 aluminum plate. Material documentation supports verification of the alloy used in hull construction.
Hull and Welding Inspection
Factory inspection can include plate thickness checks, dimensional inspection, visual weld examination, and hull watertightness testing. Lifting lugs can also be checked against the applicable design requirements.
Additional Tests for Outfitted Vessels
Fully outfitted units can undergo electrical load testing and pressure testing of water and sewage piping. These checks support verification of installed systems before delivery.
Factory Acceptance
Pre-delivery inspection can cover hull appearance, welding quality, compartment integrity, installed equipment, and the operation of onboard systems included in the supply scope. Factory visits and inspection appointments can be arranged for procurement teams and their representatives.
Inspection Documentation
Standard documentation includes applicable material certificates, welding records, factory test reports, and construction drawings. Electrical test results and plumbing test records are provided for the corresponding installed systems.
Lead Time and Commercial Terms
Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity is one unit. We also support volume pricing, standardized specifications, and coordinated equipment packages for fleet and resort development projects.
Production Lead Time
The typical production lead time is 60–90 calendar days, starting after receipt of the deposit and written approval of the construction drawings. Engineering revisions and additional equipment may extend the production schedule.
Payment Terms
The standard payment arrangement is 30% deposit after drawing approval and 70% balance before shipment. Irrevocable letters of credit can be discussed for orders of five units or more.
