Project-Specific Customization
For resorts, marinas and larger accommodation developments, we can develop configurations beyond the standard model.
Interior layout: Three or more bedrooms, open-cabin arrangements and reception cabins.
Exterior styling: Custom paint schemes, exterior finishes and brand signage.
Third-party assessment: Support for applicable CCS statutory surveys or EU CE conformity assessment, with separate assessment fees.
Vessel Design and Aluminum Construction
Marine-Grade Aluminum Hull
The floating houseboat uses a multi-pontoon hull constructed from 5083-H116 marine-grade aluminum alloy. This material is widely used in marine structures and provides a lightweight structural solution for floating accommodation applications.
Hull Structure and Onboard Integration
The vessel integrates its accommodation spaces, utility systems and onboard equipment within a single floating platform. The multi-pontoon arrangement provides the foundation for the living areas and deck, while the fresh water, sewage and electrical systems support day-to-day onboard use.
Technical Documents and Project Support
Preliminary Technical Information
At the inquiry stage, we can provide a technical specification sheet and a reference general arrangement drawing for initial project evaluation. These materials outline the base-model dimensions, principal equipment and general accommodation layout.
Final Design and Equipment Documents
After order confirmation, we provide the signed final general arrangement drawing, a detailed equipment list distinguishing standard and optional items, and the electrical schematic and plumbing drawings.
Material certificates for the aluminum hull plates and factory welding inspection records are also available.
Additional Engineering and Survey Documents
The following documents and services can be arranged as required: stability calculation report, CCS statutory survey documentation, EU CE conformity assessment documentation, hull structural load test records and structural calculation sheets for customized reinforcement.
Manufacturing Capacity and Project Experience
Production Facilities and Equipment
Our manufacturing facilities cover approximately 46,000 m², including a dedicated aluminum shipbuilding workshop of approximately 20,000 m².
The factory is equipped with more than 30 precision machines and production systems, including IPG fiber laser cutters, Hypertherm plasma cutters, Kemppi and Fronius aluminum welding systems, and CNC bending and drilling equipment.
Engineering and Quality Teams
Our in-house naval architecture team consists of eight members supporting vessel design and the development of structural, electrical and plumbing drawings. A dedicated quality control team handles hull load testing, weld inspection and stability-related verification activities.
Vessel Delivery Experience
We have delivered more than 300 aluminum marine vessels across several application categories, including floating houseboats, pontoon accommodation units, patrol boats and fishing boats.
Our project experience includes 19 m twin-hull workboats, law-enforcement patrol craft and floating accommodation units supplied to resorts across Asia. This manufacturing background supports our ability to handle different vessel layouts, equipment configurations and project-specific engineering requirements.
