Centre Console Layout
The centre console positions navigation controls within easy reach while preserving working space around the helm. This arrangement accommodates fishing equipment installation and helps maintain access across the deck.
Semi-Deep V Hull
The semi-deep V hull is designed for inshore and coastal fishing applications. Its hull geometry provides a basis for balancing handling characteristics, onboard working space and propulsion requirements.
5083-H116 Marine Aluminum Hull
The hull uses 5083-H116 aluminum-magnesium alloy, a marine-grade material known for its corrosion resistance in seawater environments. Its relatively low weight compared with steel supports a lighter hull structure and practical vessel handling. 

Base Configuration: Bare Aluminum Hull
The base quotation covers the bare hull assembly, including welded aluminum hull construction, the centre console frame foundation, deck anti-slip treatment and safety handrail base structure.
Engine and Navigation Packages
Jinda can supply compatible outboard or inboard engine packages, subject to the vessel's engineering configuration. Navigation options include navigation lights, VHF marine radio and fish finder systems, with additional electronics available for specific operating requirements.
Fishing Equipment and Deck Outfitting
Available options include rod holders, gunwale fittings, fixed fishing hardware, seating, leaning posts, fish wells, live bait tanks and additional storage compartments. Boarding gates and handrail arrangements can also be incorporated into the vessel layout.
Electrical Systems and Shelter
Electrical harnesses, navigation lights and other specified electrical components can be integrated into the vessel. Optional fittings include bimini frames and other selected deck or operator-comfort accessories.

Standard Equipment Options

Layout and Structural Modifications
The centre console, rear deck, storage compartments, fish wells, live bait tanks, handrails and boarding gates can be adjusted.

Production Facilities
The company operates a 46,000 m² plant, including a dedicated 20,000 m² aluminum shipbuilding workshop. These facilities support aluminum vessel fabrication, assembly and outfitting across different vessel types.
Aluminum Hull Fabrication
Production includes hull plate fabrication, structural welding and hull assembly using the specified marine-grade aluminum alloy. Structural components and equipment foundations are incorporated into the vessel according to the approved design.
Vessel Outfitting
Jinda coordinates the installation of the centre console, deck fittings, selected electrical systems and optional onboard equipment. The supply scope can range from a bare hull to a more complete vessel configuration.
Single-Unit and Bulk Production
The company accepts single-unit orders and bulk export orders. OEM branding and configuration options support distributors, importers and marine businesses sourcing vessels for their own markets.

Material Quality
Material documentation for the specified aluminum alloy can support verification of the hull material used in production. Material traceability helps maintain consistency between the specified material and the manufactured vessel.
Welding and Hull Assembly
Welding and structural assembly are managed through production procedures appropriate to aluminum vessel construction. Applicable welding inspections and non-destructive testing can support the assessment of weld quality and structural integrity.
Equipment Installation
Installed components are checked for fit, connection and operational function within the supplied configuration. Relevant commissioning checks support the preparation of onboard systems for delivery.
