Longkou Jinda Shipping Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures aluminum vessels for commercial fishing and specialized marine operations.
Our commercial fishing catamarans feature a twin-hull design, an open working deck and integrated fish storage, providing flexible layouts for fishing operators, fleet owners, marine distributors and commercial vessel buyers.
Key Features of Our Commercial Fishing Catamarans
Twin-Hull Design for Commercial Operations
The twin-hull configuration provides a wide working deck for fishing equipment, catch handling and crew movement.
Marine-Grade Aluminum Construction
The hull is constructed from 5083-H116 aluminum-magnesium alloy, a material widely used in marine applications for its corrosion resistance, structural strength and relatively low weight.
Integrated Fish Storage
The published base configuration includes one 100 L freezer, two 350 L insulated fish holds and a 120 L freshwater tank. Additional insulated storage, ice bins, refrigeration equipment and larger tank capacities are available for customized vessel layouts.
Flexible Fishing Equipment Integration
Fishing winches, pumps, hydraulic systems, deck fittings and other commercial equipment can be incorporated into the vessel design. Equipment foundations, cable routing, hydraulic connections and maintenance access are coordinated with the overall deck arrangement.
In-House Design and Manufacturing
Jinda coordinates vessel design, hull fabrication, structural assembly, outfitting, system commissioning and sea trials. Integrated production capabilities support customized vessel development and consistent manufacturing arrangements for repeat orders and commercial fleets.
Commercial Fishing Applications
Coastal Commercial Fishing
Our aluminum fishing catamarans can be configured for coastal fisheries, with deck layouts, fishing equipment positions and storage arrangements suited to different fishing methods. The working area can accommodate catch sorting, equipment handling and access to onboard storage.
Offshore Fishing Operations
Vessel dimensions, propulsion power, fuel capacity, onboard facilities and safety equipment can be developed for offshore fishing projects.
Seafood Collection and Catch Handling
Fish holds, freezer capacity, ice storage and drainage systems can be tailored to different catch types and preservation practices. Additional refrigeration and handling equipment can be integrated to support the vessel's intended fishing and seafood collection activities.

Fishing Deck & Structural Design
Efficient Working-Deck Layout
The twin-hull platform provides space for fishing gear, catch sorting, equipment installation and crew circulation. Deck planning coordinates the working sequence, access to fish holds and clearance around machinery, helping create a practical arrangement for daily commercial operations.
Structural Support for Fishing Equipment
Fishing machinery, lifting equipment, hydraulic systems and deck-mounted components can be integrated into the structural design.
Maintenance Access and Equipment Arrangement
The general arrangement coordinates access between the wheelhouse, working deck, fish holds and machinery spaces. Tank locations, wiring routes, service clearances and equipment access are incorporated into the layout to support routine maintenance and onboard operation.
Fish Storage, Refrigeration and Onboard Systems
Standard Catch-Storage Configuration
The published base model includes one 100 L freezer, two 350 L insulated fish holds and one 120 L freshwater tank. This configuration combines frozen storage, insulated catch storage and freshwater supply within a compact commercial fishing vessel.
Custom Refrigeration and Preservation Systems
Additional insulated holds, ice bins, upgraded refrigeration systems and drainage arrangements can be incorporated into custom builds.
Fishing Machinery and Deck Equipment
Optional equipment includes winches, deck cranes, pumps, hydraulic fishing systems, lifting fittings and specialized deck hardware.
Custom Aluminum Fishing Catamaran Design
Jinda develops custom fishing catamarans for different fishing methods, operating areas and fleet requirements. Customization covers principal dimensions, propulsion, catch handling, onboard facilities and equipment integration.
